Alexander McQueen

Alexander McQueen opened his fashion house in 1992 and launched his first perfume, Kingdom, in 2003. It also includes a range of accompanying shower gels and body lotions. They all represent the emotional power and raw energy as well as the romantic but determinedly contemporary nature of his clothes collections. In December 2000, 51% of the label was acquired by the Gucci group with McQueen carrying on as creative director. Famous for his outlandish designs, he was named British designer of the year four times. Sadly he died earlier this year aged 40.
