This is an elaborate perfume created to celebrate fashion designer Coco Chanel's apartment in Paris which was elaborate, decorative, chocolaty, and very rich. So is the fragrance which has tones of oriental jasmine, damask rose and tonka bean from Brazil. It is warm and sensual, captivating and voluptuous. Top notes are Tunisian orange blossom, and Sicilian mandarin followed by damask rose, jasmine, mimosa from Provence, and ylang ylang from the Comoros. Brazilian tonka, Indonesian patchouli, and Somalian opoponax give it depth. It was the first perfume launched by the brand following her death in 1971 and embodies her spirit of elegance and daring.
