We offer a free gift wrapping service and can deliver items directly to any U.K. address. We will even send any personal message you want to be attached to your gift. This service is perfect for ordering presents for all occasions; birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, father's day, mother's day etc...
Are All the Products Genuine?
All of our products are 100% genuine. We only stock branded items and do not deal in imitations. We are an established firm who have been dealing in perfumes and aftershaves for over 5 years.

Is your site safe?

If you discover that goods have been ordered using your credit card by someone not authorised to do so, PerfumeShopping.com will refund to you the money it receives provided that: (a) you inform your credit card company and PerfumeShopping.com of the unauthorised purchase as soon as you discover it; and (b) you co-ordinate with your credit card company, PerfumeShopping.com and, if necessary, the police in relation to the unauthorised use.
Payment and Payment options
What are the different ways I can pay?
However you want to pay, we must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card (Off-line)
Customers not wishing to purchase items by credit card on line (see Security section) may wish to print our their order form and fax or mail it to us instead. Orders to be placed by fax ought to be sent to 01923-224060
Personal Cheque
Customers can choose to pay by personal cheque. To do so simply print out your order form and mail it to us along with your cheque. Perfume Shopping can only process cheques denominated in pounds Sterling and drawn on an UK bank.
Customers should note that orders placed by cheque would only be sent to the customer once the cheque has cleared. Therefore, orders may be delayed by 8 to 10 days.

When will my card be charged?
Please note your card will not be debited until the day your goods are posted to you.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
All our shipping, UK and International, is via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Items will be shipped as soon as possible and should arrive within the following timescales:
1. UK Mainland Free delivery on orders above £30 otherwise £4.00. Note. This excludes giftsets for which there may be a surcharge of £2.50 per giftset. (1-3 days)
2. Europe £7.00 and there may be a surcharge of £4.00 per giftset. (5-7 days)
3. USA and Rest of the World £15.00 and there may be a surcharge of £5.00 a giftsets. (5-7 days)
Please note that all orders above £60 are automatically sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure our customers receive the best possible delivery service.
You will become owner of the goods on delivery to you. Once the goods have been delivered, you will hold them at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
What is your returns policy?PerfumeShopping.com LTD strives to satisfy the customer and offer the highest levels of quality and service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 10 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. Please ensure the product is in all its original packaging and has not been used. Send the items back to;

Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the goods were faulty at the time of delivery or the order was incorrect. We advise that you send items back by either recorded or special delivery.
We will ensure that your credit card is credited within 30 days for any returned items.
