Founded in 1978 by the late Gianni Versace this is one of the best known fashion houses in the world and is famous for his celebrity clientele such as Elton John, Jennifer Lopez and Liz Hurley. At the centre of the company is a design ethos that is risqué but chic. Many Versace fragrances have been launched and are recognisable by the Medusa Head logo that adorns all Versace’s creations. The perfumes include the best selling Versace Jeans range, Bright Crystal, The Dreamer and signature fragrance Versace by Versace. After his tragic death in 1997 he was hailed as the Last Emperor of Fashion.
