I've not recieved an order confirmation/dispatch email.

When will my order be shipped?

If your order was placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday), it will be dispatched on the same day. We use Royal Mail's 48 hour Track & Trace service for standard shipping and Royal Mail's 24 hour Track & Trace service for next day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business working day.

I want to cancel my order

We can cancel your order and issue you a full refund if your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, there maybe a delay in processing your refund. Please submit a refund request using the form below.

How can I check the status of my order?
